Meet Maine's candidates for Congress in the June primary

207 sat down with the four Republican candidates running in the congressional primaries.

PORTLAND, Maine — On Tuesday, June 11, Maine voters will head to the polls for the primary election. On the ballot will be four Republican candidates seeking to fill Maine's two seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. 

In Maine's 1st Congressional District, Ron Russell and Andrew Piantidosi face each other. The winner will go up against incumbent Democrat Chellie Pingree. 

In the 2nd Congressional District, Mike Soboleski and Austin Theriault are facing off. The winner of that race will challenge incumbent Democrat Jared Golden.
