SWEDEN, Maine — A road in the Oxford County town of Sweden has reopened after it was closed several hours Monday while emergency crews responded to a serious crash.
As of 3:20 p.m. Waterford Road at the intersection of Haskell Hill had reopened, the Oxford County Sheriff's Office said in a social media post.
The road first closed at around 11 a.m. Drivers were asked to seek an alternate route.
The sheriff's office said more information about the crash would likely be provided Monday afternoon.
