LEWISTON, Maine — A water main break in Lewiston has shut down the road in the area of 1896 Lisbon St. (Lisbon Street/South Lisbon Road). The city has also temporarily shut off the city water to that area as repairs are made.
The Lewiston Police Department, along with the water department, is currently at the scene.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible. Traffic is being detoured down South Lisbon Road.
