Camper rolls over in northbound lanes of I-95

Traffic was reduced to the breakdown lane directly after exit 109 around 10 a.m. and reopened just before noon, according to state police.

AUGUSTA, Maine — Maine State Police responded to a two-car crash Monday morning on Interstate 95 in Augusta, after a car allegedly hit a truck hauling a camper and caused it to roll over.

It happened on I-95 North at mile marker 109, stopping traffic flow in both lanes, according to a social media post by state police.

Troopers said the truck hauling the camper was struck by a Subaru; both vehicles were going northbound.

According to the post, traffic was reduced to the breakdown lane just after exit 109 around 10 a.m. AC Towing cleared the scene and traffic was restored just before noon, according to an update from state police.
