PORTLAND, Maine — Get ready baseball fans, the Portland Sea Dogs just announced their 2025 season schedule. Single-game tickets go on sale starting Nov. 2.
The season will feature a total of 138 games: 69 home games and 69 away games.
The Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox will begin its season on the road Friday, April 4, in Pennsylvania against the Reading Fightin Phils (Phillies). Their home opener will be Tuesday, April 8, at 6 p.m. against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays).
The schedule will mostly consist of a six-game series beginning on Tuesdays and ending on Sundays, with Mondays as an off day, according to a press release issued by the Sea Dogs.
The Sea Dogs' season will conclude on Sunday, Sept. 14, on the road against the Rumble Ponies (Mets) in Binghamton, NY. Their final regular season home game will be at 1 p.m. on Sept. 7 against the Erie SeaWolves (Tigers).
Standard game times for the Sea Dogs will continue to be 6 p.m. for weekday games and Saturdays starting in June. In April and May, all weekend games will begin at 1 p.m. Weekday Day games are also scheduled for Thursday, May 22 at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 5 at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 10 at 12:05 p.m, Thursday, July 31 at 12:05 p.m., and Thursday, August 14 at 12:05 p.m.
Fireworks
The Sea Dogs will have 10 postgame fireworks shows this season on May 9, May 23, June 7, June 17, June 20, July 4, July 11, Aug 1, Aug 15, and Aug 23. There will also be fireworks games on June 17, June 20, July 4, and July 11, which will start at 6:20 p.m., and all others will begin at 6 p.m. Additional promotions for the 2025 season will be announced later, the release states.
Individual ticket sales for the 2025 season go on sale Saturday, Nov 2, and walk-up sales at the Delta Dental Park ticket office start at 9:00 a.m. Phone and online ticket sales will begin at 10 a.m.

The 2025 season will be the Sea Dogs’ 32nd season in Portland and 23rd as an affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
