GLENDALE, AZ (NEWS CENTER) -- Many patriots and Seahawks fans who paid thousands of dollars for a Super Bowl ticket may be watching the game from outside the stadium.
Ticket brokers from across the country found out on Thursday that their tickets had been cancelled and that the league had not allotted enough.
Those brokers are now sending out full refunds and even added incentives up to a 200% refund but fans say that's not enough and they are blaming the National Football League.
