BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Former University of Maine hockey player Ryan Lomberg was convicted of disorderly conduct Monday.

As part of a plea agreement, Lomberg plead guilty to the disorderly conduct . A class D assault charge was dropped. Lomberg also had to play a $1,000 fine plus $252 and some change for the victim's hospital bills.

This all stems back to an incident that took place off campus on April 26th when Lomberg was accused of pushing a man and then kicking him in the face, breaking his nose.

Lomberg is expected to play junior hockey for the Youngstown Phantoms next season.
