WATERBORO, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- York County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested two people they say were found inside a Waterboro summer home that did not belong to them.

Deputies say one of the individuals inside the home was a juvenile male and the other was 18-year-old Samantha Coan, of Waterboro.

Officials say the two have been connected to unsolved burglaries of summer houses in Waterboro, Shapleigh and Newfield.  Deputies also identified three other burglary and criminal trespass suspects, another juvenile male and two juvenile females.

Coan was arrested for one count of burglary and posted a bail of $500 cash, she is scheduled to appear in Alfred Superior Court on September 29th.

Three of the four juveniles have been summoned and released to the custody of their parents and await juvenile proceedings.  One juvenile has not been charged at the time of this release but criminal charges are anticipated.

Sheriff's Deputies have recovered several items stolen from the burglaries and are in the process of sorting out what items came from which house.
