YORK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) — A man from New Jersey was arrested on drug charges early Thursday morning during a traffic stop along I-95 in York.
State police seized a substantial amount of cocaine and heroin, according to the state Public Safety spokesperson.
With the help of a drug dog, troopers found 72 grams of cocaine and 15 grams of heroin.
Irvin Philmore, 50, of Front Lee, New Jersey, was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs and taken to York County Jail.
Bail was set at $50,000.
