SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine — A tractor-trailer truck crashed at mile 45 on the northbound side of the Maine Turnpike in South Portland early Tuesday morning.
State Police responded to the scene as falling snow intensified in the area.
All lanes of the highway remained open during the morning commute.
The Maine Turnpike Authority ask drivers to continue to use caution throughout inclement weather events.
Speeds were lowered to 45 mph at the time of the accident.
It is unclear if the driver was injured.
