RAYMOND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- For the second time in two years, a Raymond man has been arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA) on methamphetamine charges, according to Dept. of Public Safety spokesperson Stephen McCausland.
Officials say James Foss of Raymond was arrested on Tuesday by MDEA officials after a meth lab was discovered that morning by a Cumberland County Sheriff's Office deputy. The deputy was there to check on a probation violation, according to officials.
Officials say Foss was arrested on meth charges last summer.
Drug agents dismantled the lab Tuesday afternoon and will likely lodge additional meth related charges against Foss as soon as the seized material has been analyzed, according to officials.
