WINDHAM, Maine — A woman from Windham who was last seen Thursday evening at her home has been found and is safe.
A Silver Alert was issued early Friday morning in an effort to help locate the 90-year-old woman, who apparently told a relative she was traveling to Connecticut without further explanation.
The Maine Department of Public Safety issued an update at 8:45 a.m. stating that the woman has been found and is safe.
