CLINTON, Maine — A Silver Alert was issued Saturday for a woman from Clinton who was reported missing, but police say she has since been found and is safe.
Police said the 61-year-old woman was last seen leaving her home and asked for people with information about her whereabouts or possible sightings to contact them.
In an update Saturday evening by the Maine Department of Public Safety, officials said the woman had been found and was safe.
