SCARBOROUGH, Maine — Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening after a crash Tuesday in Scarborough involving a car and a motorcycle.
Scarborough dispatchers said they were notified about a crash shortly before 11 a.m. at the intersection of Gorham Road and Saco Road.
Emergency personnel from Scarborough and Westbrook responded to the crash involving a motor vehicle and a motorcycle, where two people were taken to area hospitals with injuries not considered life-threatening, Scarborough police said Tuesday afternoon in a news release.
Police said the location of the crash at the intersection disrupted traffic during the response and investigation, but traffic in the area has since resumed.

The names of the individuals involved in the crash were not released.
