SULLIVAN, Maine — Update

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office updated its post to say the woman has been located. The agency thanked the Maine Warden Service, Sullivan Fire Department, and volunteers for assisting in the search efforts.

Original Story

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office is trying to locate a missing woman.

She has been missing since Tuesday, May 14, the sheriff's office said in a social media post Wednesday.

She was last seen barefoot in the town of Sullivan, wearing white pajama pants and a blue robe, according to the post. She was walking along the Sunrise Trail, near the Tunk Lake intersection, at the time she was last seen, the sheriff's office said.

The woman is described in the report as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 145 pounds. The photo shared by the sheriff's office shows her with brown hair, but officials said she was most recently known to have blonde hair.

Officials ask anyone who may have information to call the Hancock County Sheriff's Office at 207-667-7575.
