PORTLAND, Maine — The Portland Police Department shared an update Saturday stating that a woman who was reported missing has been located and is safe.
In a social media post requesting the public's assistance in finding her, Portland police said Friday evening that the 25-year-old woman last spoke with her parents on Saturday, Sept. 28, and was last seen two days later at the Homeless Services Center on Riverside Street.
In the update on Saturday, the department shared that she had been located and thanked the community for their help.
No other information was released by the department.
