(NEWS CENTER) -- Gorham Police say 37-year-old Zik D. Danquah of Portland was arrested and charged with drug trafficking.
Police say Danquah was driving in an erratic manner along Route 25. They say his Nissan had driven into the ditch before pulling into oncoming traffic and then into a parking lot along Route 25.
The Gorham Police Department and Maine Drug Enforcement Agency investigated this incident and Danquah was subsequently arrested for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violation of bail conditions and operating under the influence.
Investigators seized 5.9grams of heroin and $1,118 cash. He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Jail.
