PRESQUE ISLE (NEWS CENTER Maine) — The Presque Isle Police Department asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for firing a gun on Oak Street.
The Presque Isle Police Department Facebook page states they have probable cause to believe that Bobby L. Nightingale, 36, was responsible for a shooting that took place May 23 at about 9:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired.
There were no injuries reported.
An arrest warrant for Nightingale for the charge of Aggravated Reckless Conduct with a Firearm was been issued.
He is considered to be armed and dangerous, police said.
