PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) - On August 16, 2008, 37-year-old Frank WIlliams was murdered.

He was chased to the middle of the Fox Street soccer field in Portland, where he was then beaten and stabbed multiple times.

Prior to the beating, police say Williams had an altercation with a large group of men around Kennedy Park.
