PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) - On August 1, 2011, 41-year-old Allen McLean was shot and killed.

It happened outside of 4 Massachusetts Avenue in Portland.

Witnesses told the Portland Press Herald that McLean was running, flailing his arms, and yelling, "I'm dying, I'm dying."
