DOVER, N.H. — A man from Rochester, N.H. is dead after police say he lost control while driving on Route 16 in Dover, N.H., and hit a barrier, leading his car to catch fire.
New Hampshire State Police are investigating the crash that killed 39-year-old Justyn Tyndaal in the early morning of Monday, Dec. 17.
Police say Tyndaal was driving on Route 16 around 2 a.m. when his car hit a concrete barrier while trying to drive through an EZ Pass toll. His car then caught fire.
Tyndaal was taken to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
