LACONIA, New Hampshire (NEWS CENTER) -- Nathaniel Kibby is expected to change his plea in connection of kidnapping, raping and torturing a 14-year-old girl in New Hampshire.
Kibby is accused of holding the teenager captive for 284 days at his home in Gorham, New Hampshire.
Court documents outline a horrifying ordeal for the girl from North Conway. They describe her being sexually assaulted almost daily, forced to wear a shock collar and kept in check with a stun gun.
The teen returned to her North Conway home in July 2014.
Court officials say a change-of-plea hearing has been scheduled for 5 p.m.
