PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire (NEWS CENTER) -- Portsmouth Police Department, with the help of the High Intensity Interdiction Team were able to conclude an investigation into the illicit sales of Heroin.
On Wednesday, January 7, 21-year-old Brian Bambushew was taken into custody in a commercial parking lot on Lafayette RD.
Bambushew was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug, with heroin being the drug in all three drugs. He was arraigned this morning via video at Seabrook District Court and his bail was set at $2,000 cash.
A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 13.
