BANGOR (NEWS CENTER Maine) -- F. "Frank" Daly made his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon. He's charged with the murder of 51-year-old Israel Lewis of Bangor.
Lewis was found dead Jan. 10 inside his apartment at 40 2nd St. in Bangor. The state chief medical examiner revealed Lewis's died from a gunshot wound and the death was determined to be a homicide.
Daly, 29, is being held without bail at the Penobscot County Jail. The judge impounded the affidavit at Tuesday's court appearance and no new details were released about the case.
The next court appearance was not scheduled during the appearance.
