PHILLIPS, Maine — The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect in an alleged domestic disturbance following an incident at a Phillips home Saturday morning.
Franklin County law enforcement responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Patridge Road in Phillips at about 11:10 a.m. Saturday after the suspect reportedly fled, according to a Tuesday news release from the sheriff's office.
Following an investigation, the sheriff's office obtained a warrant to arrest 44-year-old Jacob Pendexter of Auburn on the following charges:
- Class B domestic violence aggravated assault
- Class E violating conditions of release
- Class D domestic criminal threatening
- Class D obstructing report of a crime
- Class D criminal restraint.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Pendexter to call the Franklin County Sheriff's Office at 207-778-6140.
