Just after 12:45 p.m. Thursday, state troopers responded to a crash on Route 1, Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss said in a news release.

An initial investigation revealed a 2014 Nissan Rogue driven by 36-year-old Nicholas Libby of Addison was headed east when it crossed the center line, striking a 2003 Subaru Forester operated by 51-year-old David Worcester of Lamoine.
