WARREN (NEWS CENTER Maine)-- The Department of Corrections has confirmed the death of an inmate at the Maine State Prison in Warren that occurred at around 8:45 Saturday morning.
Dead is 48-year-old inmate, Jeremiah F. Young.
Young began serving several sentences on September 28, 2015 for multiple offenses including Probation Revocations for Robbery, Misuse of Identification, theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. Young's longest sentence was 4 years, 182 days.
As per protocol, the Department of Corrections has notified the State Police and State Medical Examiner.
