For a small city, Portland's been making a big name for itself in the world of food. It's regularly being listed among the country's best "foodie towns," and now a business has opened with the goal of helping Southern Maine's food entrepreneurs reach more and more people. The idea behind Fork Food Lab place is to give up to 46 small business owners the chance to grow and trade notes with other people just like them, and to give customers a chance to meet the people who made the food.
