ARGYLE TWP, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A pickup truck fire and crash shut down a small portion of one lane on I-95 North near mile marker 204 early Sunday morning.
Lt. Tony Lagasse of the Alton Fire Department said the call came in around 4:11 a.m. He said when fire crews arrived on scene, the car was fully engulfed.
He said a women who was in the car managed to get out before fire crews arrived and was checked out by Emergency Medical Services and was able to walk away from the crash.
Lt. Lagasse said it took about 30 minutes to put the fire out.
