Toddler falls from 4th-floor window in Lewiston

The incident occurred Friday evening on Pine Street. Police believe the child’s injuries are minor.

LEWISTON, Maine — A three-year-old was injured after falling out of a 4th-floor window in Lewiston Friday. 

Police arrived at the child’s home located on Pine St. right before 6:00 p.m., after receiving the call for help, Lewiston Police Department Public Information Officer Lt. Derrick St. Laurent said in a news release. 

The child was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. 

According to police, the child’s injuries are believed to be minor.
