BANGOR, Maine — A missing 31-year-old man last seen early Wednesday morning has been safely located, according to Bangor police.
The man had last been seen at approximately 4 a.m. Wednesday and was noticed missing from his Bangor group home at 8 a.m., according to a news release from the Bangor Police Department.
Police said the man reportedly had family in northern Maine and Texas, and he had been found walking on Interstate 95 previously.
The 31-year-old reportedly had mental health issues, including schizophrenia, and was not his own guardian.
