BANGOR, Maine — A vehicle crashed through a section of the Maine Savings Amphitheater concert venue fence Monday afternoon near downtown Bangor.
According to Bangor police, a local woman reported feeling chest pain and sudden blurry vision just before her vehicle struck a light pole, tree, and crashed through the fence located along Main Street around 2:15 p.m.
Her vehicle came to rest against a steel barrier behind the fence.
She suffered injuries not considered life-threatening and was brought to a local hospital for treatment, Bangor police said.
No charges are expected, according to police.
Bangor Fire Department Assistant Chief Casey Perry told NEWS CENTER Maine that Main Street was shut down for approximately 20 minutes while the vehicle was removed.
