ORONO, Maine — A Black Hawk helicopter is scheduled to land at Lengyel Field at the University of Maine in Orono on Wednesday as part of a planned Maine Army National Guard recruiting event.
Lengyel Field is the marching band practice field located near Aroostook Hall.
The university alerted its community about the landing in a text message Wednesday, telling people the landing is not part of an emergency response.
