BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A new Tumblr and Facebook page is creating a lot of social media buzz around the Queen City. It's called "Ghosts of Bangor."
Rick Haney, a Bangor native, started it about a month ago as a hobby. Haney takes old photos taken around Bangor from as far back as the 1800s and merges them with photos that he's taken.
"If you look around, Bangor's such an old town," he said. "There are ghosts everywhere. You just might not be able to see them."
He taught himself about photography and how to use photoshop so he could make the pictures.
The blog is growing in popularity, and some people have even asked to buy a copy of a photo.
