BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) — Police in Bangor have arrested two people and hold an active arrest warrant for another after an aggravated assault in Bangor on May 30.
Police arrested Ashley McGeoghegan, 27, of Dexter on Friday, as well as Christopher Goehringer, 33, of Bangor and charged both with Class A aggravated assault. McGeoghegan was also charged with Class A robbery.
Troy Stevens, 39, formerly of Medford, Maine, is wanted for Class A aggravated assault in connection to the incident.
On May 30, Bangor PD officers responded to the report of a man who had been assaulted in an area of the city known to many as "the pines," which is located in between I-95 and Indiana Avenue. Police said they located a man in a tent and found he was suffering from "some very serious injuries."
