Augusta police trying to locate missing 15-year-old

The teen left her home Tuesday evening and has not returned, police said.

AUGUSTA, Maine — The Augusta Police Department is trying to locate 15-year-old Raleah Truman.

Raleah left her home Tuesday evening and has not returned, Augusta police said in a social media post.

Police describe her as 4 feet, 11 inches tall and about 75 pounds. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a blue and white zip-up hooded sweatshirt, grey and green leggings, black and white sneakers, and a pink hair scrunchie, the post stated.

Raleah is likely to be in the Augusta area and was possibly seen near the Target in Augusta, according to police.

Officials said she is believed to be by herself.

Augusta police ask that anyone who may have information contact them at 207-626-2370.
