Police say 26-year-old Jordan Waterman is charged with elevated aggravated assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct and violation of conditions release.
Waterman and another 26-year-old man were fighting around 4:15 a.m. at the corner of Bartlett and Pine Streets when Waterman shot him in the leg, according to police. The victim's injuries are not life-threatening, they said.
