The Fort Kent Police Department updated its social media post to say the teen has been found and is safe.

The Fort Kent Police Department is trying to locate a missing 14-year-old.
She was last seen around 3 a.m. Tuesday at her home, the department said in a social media post.
Police describe her as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She also has a small scar on the bridge of her nose, according to the post.
Officials ask that anyone with information call Fort Kent police at 207-834-5678.
