New technology used at The Form Lab was created by UMaine grads

Kinotek was created by University of Maine alumni Justin Hafner and David Holomakoff. The program helps the team at The Form Lab hone in on their clients' needs.

FALMOUTH, Maine — The team at The Form Lab in Falmouth are all about helping people get the most out of their workouts. Now, new technology is making that easier.

It's called Kinotek. In super simple terms, it's a program designed to take a closer look at how our bodies are moving. It was created by University of Maine alumni Justin Hafner and David Holomakoff.

"What Kinotek does is it scans your body to the joint level," co-founder and trainer Andrew Blais said. "It is a company based here in Portland, founded by UMO grads. So, it's nice to keep everything close to home, and it's really nice because we work together really well and they're down the road."

Blais said new clients are offered the service as part of their consultation. Check out the full segment to see how the technology works and learn more about the benefits.
