Dr. Allyson Coffin stopped by the 207 studio to teach us about our brains and some tools we can use to strengthen it.

PORTLAND, Maine — We all strive to live happy and healthy lives. Here are three ways our brain can help us do that.

Dr. Allyson Coffin is a chiropractor based out of Yarmouth who specializes in wellness. She stopped by the 207 studio to share different ways we can train our brains to work for us.

2. Journaling things that you want

3. Habit stacking, i.e. balancing on one foot while you brush your teeth
