PORTLAND, Maine — It's here, Maine Lobster Week and it runs through Sunday, Sept. 29.
The celebration of Maine's lobstering industry and restaurants offers people a chance to get out and try different lobster dishes around the state.
This year 60 restaurants are taking part, a number that continues to increase each year.
However, this celebration isn't just for locals. Several companies are participating that also ship lobsters, giving people outside of Maine a chance to enjoy this delicacy.
