PORTLAND, Maine — Editor's note: This story will be updated periodically through Oct. 25.
The concept for "207" was simple: find interesting people doing interesting things and tell their stories.
Twenty years later, the magazine show remains a household name known for shining light on Maine authors and chefs, local bands and upcoming events, the hidden gems around our state, and everything in between.
"207" also gives people across Maine inside access to some of their favorite names in Hollywood and beyond. Over the past two decades, the show has featured interviews with celebrity guests that range from Taylor Swift and Garth Brooks to Barbara Walters and Martin Fletcher to Joan Rivers and Julie Andrews.
Join us Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. for a special one-hour edition of "207" as we look back at some of our favorite moments and celebrate 20 years of telling the stories of Maine.
In the meantime, enjoy looking back at some of the stories we’ve shared in the week leading up to the big night.
