New to yoga? Check out these mindful movements

We linked up with yoga instructor Liz Merci from The Form Lab in Falmouth to practice a few poses and learn more about the benefits of stretching.

FALMOUTH, Maine — The Form Lab has a new home in Falmouth but its mission is the same: enhance people's lives by changing the way they move their bodies.

We linked up with yoga and mindful movements instructor Liz Merci to practice a few poses and learn more about the benefits of stretching.

"A lot of people know about Vinyasa or Vinyasa Yoga, which is breath to movement," Liz said. "This is a great way to practice breath and movement as well as warming up the body, especially if you're going to lift some weights or if you're going to take bigger movements in bigger shape."
