ROCKLAND, Maine — Rockland police say the Bangor Savings Bank on Camden Street was robbed Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened around 2 p.m., the department said in a social media post.
The suspect, who was seen wearing a bandana and sunglasses, gave a note to the teller demanding money, according to police. The suspect did not display a weapon, the post stated.
Police said they have identified a person of interest, but nobody has been charged.
Rockland police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are continuing to investigate the incident.
