SCARBOROUGH, Maine — Update 9:15 p.m.:
A 36-year-old man is in custody after a shooting outside Walmart in Scarborough on Wednesday evening, police say.
Bryan Johns, who police said is homeless, was charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, police said.
Authorities said they are searching for a victim.
Johns is being treated at Maine Medical Center for "superficial wounds." He is being accompanied by an officer and will be taken to Cumberland County Jail, police said.
Authorities said they're investigating to find a second vehicle involved. Police have reached out to local hospitals in search of anyone with a gunshot wound.

Six Scarborough police cruisers are on the scene of a reported shooting in the Scarborough Walmart parking lot, Cumberland County dispatch confirmed to NEWS CENTER Maine Wednesday night.
As of 7:40 p.m, the store, located at 500 Gallery Blvd., appears to still be open. Police are looking at and taking photos of a Jeep in the far corner of the lot.
