PORTLAND, Maine — One person is in custody and facing multiple charges related to a 'suspicious package' incident in downtown Portland on Saturday.

Portland Police were clearing crime scene tape from an area near DiMillo's in the Old Port around 3:30 Saturday afternoon.

Kurt Kneuker is the suspect charged according to Portland police spokesperson David Singer.
