Officials said 33-year-old Garrett Littlefield had been eluding police all day Thursday.

CASCO, Maine — An Alfred man has been "apprehended" after Maine State Police were actively searching for him Thursday in connection to multiple felony warrants.

Garrett Littlefield, 33, had allegedly been eluding police all day Thursday, Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss said in a news release.

"He was last seen crashing a stolen vehicle, a blue 2014 Ford F-150 off of Rt. 121 in the area of Hemlock Lane in Casco near the Raymond town line," the release stated.

Mainers were advised to not approach him if found, and to instead call 911 immediately.

At about 6:17 p.m., Maine State Police issued an update on their Facebook page that Littlefield had been apprehended.
