Ezra David was born in 2012. He was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy when he was four months old. He died in February 2013. The Hearts for Ezra Foundation was started in 2013, with the mission of raising awareness and fighting for a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
