Fetch ME A Home: It's Sunny at Midcoast Humane

Sunny is a 5-year-old girl looking for her forever home. This cuddle-bug does have a few food sensitivities, but her special diet doesn't slow her down.

PORTLAND, Maine — With a name like Sunny, this 5-year-old girl has a reputation to uphold. Sounds like she's up for the challenge, though.

Midcoast Humane describes her as a "bundle of joy with a heart as bright as her name."

If you're looking for the perfect walking companion who also doesn't mind snuggling up next to her favorite humans, this is the dog for you. Midcoast says she's a sociable girl who gets along with everyone she meets, so no worries on taking her with you when you meet with friends or head to your favorite outdoor brewery.

We're told she excels at walking on a leash, which makes daily activity a breeze.

Sunny does have some food sensitivities that require a special diet, but they don't slow her down or affect her overall health.
