Fetch ME a Home: An attack left Snowy permanently injured; she and her friend Moses were then abandoned

This duo was abandoned at the groomer; Snowy with an injury from an attack. They recently came to Lucky Pup Rescue from Arkansas to find their new forever home.

MAINE, USA — Snowy and Moses are in foster care through Lucky Pup Rescue Maine, and are hoping to find a new forever home soon.

According to the rescue organization, Snowy had been attacked by a bigger dog which permanently injured her back; in turn, she sometimes loses control of her bladder when excited or playing. While she has adorable incontinence pants, Snowy is still able to walk around, and even run with joy.

The four-year-old Shih Tzu and her best friend Moses, an eight-year-old Shih Tzu, were abandoned together at the groomer. After dropping them off, the owner called to say either take them to the shelter or open the back door and let them go.

The two were taken to a shelter and then transferred up to Maine to Lucky Pup Rescue. It's been a rough go for the duo, so it's time to turn that around. Lucky Pup acknowledges it will take a special home to take in a dog with an incontinence issue and her best friend, but they're full of love.

The adoption fee for the two pups is $500. You can learn more about Snowy and Moses here

Lucky Pup Rescue Maine is a foster-based rescue organization, meaning all of their pets are in foster care, and there is no physical address for the business. You can fill out adoption forms here, and reach out to someone through email at luckypuprescue@yahoo.com.
